Job Description:<\/p>\n

• Manage operations (front office and back office) and ensure a high level of service to customers<\/li>\n
• Set up the strategy of the company to the entire food and beverage department (a brasserie, a caf\u00e9, a rooftop, terraces: around 450 seats for the site)<\/li>\n
• Responsible for P&L, you will be in charge of proposing and implementing all actions aimed at improving results and productivity<\/li>\n
• Ensure that departments operate in accordance with both the country's legislation and standards & procedures established internally by the Group<\/li>\n
• Develop the team management policy and support heads of department and their staff in their professional development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
