• Handle financial transactions on the daily basis to ensure all business transactions are recorded (handle the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions); <\/li>\n
• Review facility and security documentation for existing and new financing facilities.<\/li>\n
• Maintain relationship with banks to manage accounts and KYC matters.<\/li>\n
• Build a relationship with pre-financing counterparties (existing and potential); <\/li>\n
• Handle letter of credit to prepare term sheets and pitches to counterparties offering pre-financing solutions. <\/li>\n
• Source financial partners support for structured finance projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
