Role Purpose: <\/p>\n

Responsible to source and recruit high caliber candidates in the Sub-Continent countries, Hospitality, Construction, Oil & Gas, Domestic, Healthcare, Facilities Management and Manufacturing Industries that meet the requirements of the company and clients<\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Responsible for the End-to-End Recruitment hiring process.<\/li>\n
• Consult with Department Managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.<\/li>\n
• Write and post vacancy positions with job descriptions in all portals, career websites and social media.<\/li>\n
• Source candidates by using portals (Bayt.com; Naukrigulf, Indeed, and LinkedIn).<\/li>\n
• Evaluate and screen resumes.<\/li>\n
• Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates\u2019 skills <\/li>\n
• Conduct telephone interview for the shortlisted candidates. <\/li>\n
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients.<\/li>\n
• Help Recruitment Lead for recruiting methods and interview questions.<\/li>\n
• Responsible to do reference check for the selected candidates (* Managerial positions)<\/li>\n
• Responsible to contact new employees\u2019 and prepare onboarding sessions.<\/li>\n
• Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met.<\/li>\n
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.<\/li>\n
• Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Capable to plan and prepare for recruitment drives across identified sourcing countries, at times accompanied by the Client.<\/li>\n

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n
  • Time management and the ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.<\/li>\n
