Attendance sheets: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>  Monitoring attendance sheets of staff on daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>  At the end of each month, all attendance sheets should be checked and approved by line managers.<\/li>\n<li>  At the end of every month, the Volunteer is responsible to collect and review the  attendance sheets and leaves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2. Leaves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Making sure HR has always enough copies of Leave request form as hard copies. <\/li>\n<li>Making sure all leaves are complete, signed, and checked with attendance sheets. (Leaves should be submitted to HR department 48 hours prior to the date of the leave requested).<\/li>\n<li>Updating leaves FU table on the server\u00b7 <\/li>\n<li>Adding the number of day\u2019s staff takes on weekly basis on the table. <\/li>\n<li> Add the TOIL calculated to the staff leave balance every month. \u00b7<\/li>\n<li> Send the updated leaves\u2019 table to all managers at the beginning of each month. <\/li>\n<li>Update the leave FU for the managers every two weeks and share it with the teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>3. Filing &amp; Scanning :<\/p>\n<p>The HR Volunteer shall be in charge of ensuring that there is an accurate and efficient filling system, in line with ACTED\u2019s requirements, in hard and soft copy.
