1. Preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architects and MEP engineers.<\/p>\n
2. To critically review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g IFC, Project Specification etc<\/p>\n
3. Checks and corrects work prepared by others in order to conform to standards, specifications, and design requirements<\/p>\n
4. Prepare finished drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes<\/p>\n
5. Prepares MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works.<\/p>\n
6. Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, fire fighting design<\/p>\n
7. Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation.<\/p>\n
8. Experience in MEP design detailing.<\/p>\n
9. Report to design manger as well as MEP manager for smooth coordination for design work<\/p>\n
