Objective: <\/p>\n
Responsible for Implementation of Health Information Exchange (HIE) program as well as abetting the business-critical service to ensure that customers\u2019 expectations are met.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
– Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation, configuration, integration of software systems, Lead the project from all its aspects<\/p>\n
– Communicate target dates and to follow up deadlines to ensure timely provision of requested actions and information<\/p>\n
– Monitoring and communicating with clients throughout the software customization and integration process in turn to meet the HIE requirements<\/p>\n
– Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones<\/p>\n
– Supervise the project progress and ensure meeting the deadlines<\/p>\n
– Manage the project team and provide the needed guidance and monitoring<\/p>\n
– Educating\/ provide training to clients on how to use HIE systems and customized system features<\/p>\n
– Deliver the needed trainings for the Client team on the HIE software<\/p>\n
– Handle the coordination and communication with all involved stakeholders<\/p>\n
– Be proactive and provide solutions to any arising obstacles. <\/p>\n
– Take ownership and manage customers\u2019 expectations<\/p>\n
– Ensure that customers are kept fully informed of developments\/progress relating to their issue to prevent further queries<\/p>\n
– Ensure own compliance with quality procedures<\/p>\n
– Make suggestions for improvements to enhance the customer\u2019s experience.<\/p>\n

Skills:<\/p>\n
– Project management & Business Analysis<\/p>\n
– Experience in a consulting role<\/p>\n
– Healthcare industry<\/p>\n
Experience with EMR systems such as Cerner, Epic, MEDITECH<\/p>\n
– Good knowledge of HL7 <\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
– Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer- or business-related discipline required (Master\u2019s degree preferred)<\/p>\n
– Healthcare domain expertise<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
– Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience<\/p>\n
