\u2022 Prepare detailed project management and construction schedules for construction, restoration and refurbishment projects. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Supervise the Construction Managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within the budget.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To help create, implementation of systems and processes to guarantee cost and timeline efficiencies & reporting practices etc. <\/p>\n
\u2022 To create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly projects snapshots and action plan. <\/p>\n
\u2022 To Coordinate and manage Architects, Designers, Consultants, Purchase & Admin personnel, Technical Teams, Contractors, Vendors, Supervisors etc. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure a strong reporting system as per requirements of senior management and track the same. \u2022 Orange and Red flag issues which will impact progress and delivery of project and find mitigations solutions to get project back on track. <\/p>\n

Education\/Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies <\/p>\n
\u2022 B.E- Civil Engineering \/ B. Arch. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Additional Master in Project Management or equivalent will be preferred. a. Experience (experience required for the job) <\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum 10 to 15 years\u2019 experience in the UAE. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in managing various projects with experience in both Architecture and Interior Fit-out Implementation<\/p>\n
