Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Responsible for managing team of technicians and supervisors for installation of Fiber Optic Solutions & Structured Cabling Solutions.
Familiar with Splicing Machines \/ OTDR\u2019s \/ Fluke Test \/ Power Meter.
Responsible for conducting Site Surveys & Submitting Reports.
Familiarly with reading reports from testing devices.
Commissioning (Acceptance Test After Installation using OTDR \u201cOptical Fiber Time Domain Reflector \u201c, laser source, power meter).
Monitor actual Project Progress against agreed Schedules and Plans.
Manage day-to-day Project tasks and escalate any Issues that impact on the Project Performance and Timetable
Provide updates or adjustments to the Project Plan as necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the Key Deliverables defined at the start of the Project.
Assist with Acceptance Testing and Manage hand-over of completed Project to client to the agreed Schedule
Develops the Project Plan with the team and manages the team\u2019s performance of project tasks.
Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered on budget, on schedule, and within scope.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a related field.
2 Years of Experience in similar system integrators.
Certificates for Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling Solutions is a plus.<\/p>\n
