Branches Idea is looking to hire Procurement & Purchasing Officer who will be undertaking all purchasing orders and company supplies and all what is required from work as following up for contracts and suppliers.<\/p>\n

Job Description:<\/p>\n

1. Responsible forpurchasing orders according to requested PO\u2019s, stated specifications and cleared timetable.<\/li>\n
2. Maintain a list of local and international suppliers and vendors.<\/li>\n
3. Undertake effective negotiation with suppliers for pricing, quality and delivery timetable.<\/li>\n
4. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payments and documented.<\/li>\n
5. Responsibility of Company\u2019s Contract with the services providers.<\/li>\n
6. Look for new suppliers, alternatives for currently used products if necessary.<\/li>\n
7. Manage any other required tasks that is related to the job description.<\/li>\n
8. Produce and maintain all reports.<\/li>\n
9. Manage Inventory and Supply Chain.<\/li>\n
10. Logistics and Custom Clearance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
