Thorough knowledge of the laws of the UAE
Thorough knowledge of judicial procedures and rules.
Thorough knowledge of court and arbitration legal procedures.<\/p>\n

Ability to provide guidance and advice on legal\/policy and legislative issues, and the ability to negotiate through collaboration<\/p>\n

Ability to prepare legal pleadings, briefs and memorandums, in addition to contracts
Ability to render effective decisions and deal tactfully with the courts, law enforcement officials, various ministries and the public
Ability to identify, resolve, and consult on a wide range of employment, sales, leasing, compliance, litigation, contracts and other legal or operational issues while focusing on company needs and priorities
Ability to perform legal research, define problems, collect data, establish facts, recommend and implement solutions in a timely manner<\/p>\n

Maintain reports and updates on contracts and legal cases<\/p>\n

Attend any meetings, including but limited to expert meetings and arbitration<\/p>\n

Superior interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to form professional relationships at all levels within the organization and with appropriate stakeholders
Highly developed organizational, communication and presentation skills, in addition to computer literacy<\/p>\n
