We are a startup company in Dubai, providing Cloud Managed Service. We are looking for an experienced tele-sales Representative, living in Lebanon \/ Jordan, and fluent in English and Arabic to join our team. As a Tele-sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and promoting our company's services via telephone.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Conduct the daily sales calls to identify potential clients and generate interest for a meeting in a professional manner.<\/li>\n
• Scheduling meetings\/appointments 2 meetings per day (on average) with interested contacts.<\/li>\n
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer issues and needs.<\/li>\n
• Record and update call activity notes and sales progress in CRM database and other internal tracking methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • At least 1 years of experience in telephone sales.(Fresher\u2019s are open to apply)<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English and Arabic for communication and correspondence.<\/li>\n
  • Currently based in Lebanon \/ Jordan.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients in a professional manner.<\/li>\n
  • Strong self-management skills, ability to work independently, and maintain a positive attitude and high efficiency under pressure.<\/li>\n
  • Experience using computers and office software, such as Microsoft Office, VOIP system, Virtual PBX system, CRM etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
