The Health Care Accreditation Council is seeking to recruit for a short-term assignment a Conference Coordinator to help and support in the design, implementation and organization of HCAC\u2019s 7th Healthcare Quality and Patient Safetyconference. The main functions include:<\/p>\n

• Liaison with the vendor and oversee the implementation of their tasks and monitor their deliverables.<\/li>\n
• Develop and implement the action plan with specific timelines and deliverables.<\/li>\n
• Develop and implement the communication and media plan.<\/li>\n
• Manage the scientific committee, ensure implementation of decisions and continuous updating.<\/li>\n
• Liaison with speakers from solicitation till closing.<\/li>\n
• Recruit participants and monitor registration.<\/li>\n
• Manage all social media platform requirements and visibility with the relevant person within HCAC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  The applicant\u2019s qualifications<\/strong> must include:<\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field preferably with experience in event organization.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and organization skills<\/li>\n
  • Good hold of social media and virtual systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
