We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Support Specialist to join our in-house IT team. As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting services to the business users of our company who use our ERP software. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our business users' issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide support and troubleshooting services to business users of our ERP software.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Analyze and resolve issues reported by business users, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work closely with the development team to understand ERP software functionality and identify issues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP software for business users.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop and maintain functional documentation and training materials for business users.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide training and guidance to other members of the IT team.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP support or related field.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong knowledge of ERP software functionality and business processes.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong communication and customer service skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience with ERP software such as Ramco, WFX or Infor is a plus.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other members of the IT team.<\/p>\n
