• Creating storyboards, animated graphics, and videos<\/li>\n
• Creating illustrations, designs, and other artwork used in marketing materials for social media, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.<\/li>\n
• Creating motion graphics that communicate ideas effectively.<\/li>\n
• Creating motion graphics for use in broadcast, digital and online media, and other forms of media.<\/li>\n
• Translating ideas into motion graphics that can be understood by a wide audience.<\/li>\n
• Apply brand\/style guidelines and be able to establish or create guidelines when brands evolve, or a need arises.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with designers, social media team, copywriters, and other creative colleagues to deliver on the client\u2019s brand look and feel.<\/li>\n
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously manage time and set expectations with the team.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.<\/li>\n
• Open to feedback and adapt to a creative and strategic direction (while confidently outlining the rationale and choices that back your work).<\/li>\n
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.<\/li>\n
• Create and maintain comprehensive project backups.<\/li>\n
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification <\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in design or a related field with 3+ years of work experience and a strong portfolio.<\/li>\n
  • An artist. Every surface, every channel, every medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas.<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in using Adobe CC software.<\/li>\n
  • Exceptional knowledge of Adobe After Effects.<\/li>\n
  • Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.<\/li>\n
  • Fundamental understanding of storytelling & visual treatment in motion.<\/li>\n
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and motion techniques.<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency with illustration tools.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of interactive exteriors, websites, e-mailings, landings, and campaigns on social media networks.<\/li>\n
  • A versatile team player; able to work alone or in a team and able to take direction from creative directors.<\/li>\n
  • Great attention to detail.<\/li>\n
  • Enthusiasm & positive attitude.<\/li>\n
  • Great communication skills – be able to quickly respond & regularly report progress.<\/li>\n
