We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you\u2019ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems<\/li>\n
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures<\/li>\n
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process<\/li>\n
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans<\/li>\n
• Develop training and development programs<\/li>\n
• Assist in performance management processes<\/li>\n
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues<\/li>\n
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements<\/li>\n
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures<\/li>\n
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus<\/li>\n
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude<\/li>\n
  • Strong ethics and reliability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
