The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience (or equivalent) working in design environments and has a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent).<\/p>\n

Must have a passion for design and be an excellent communicator. Must have outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with new media technology\/software is a plus. Can collaborate confidently with team members and have a passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems. Evidence of creative solutions that supports project goals.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Ability to translate business solutions into a visual identity system from start to finish<\/li>\n
• An expectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates\u2019 ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process<\/li>\n
• Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team<\/li>\n
• Balancing multiple design projects at a time<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with fellow marketing team members to generate and deliver compelling design solutions<\/li>\n
• Detail-oriented and organized. You\u2019re a pro at managing and prioritizing the workload for yourself and your team.<\/li>\n
• Deep familiarity with producing assets for digital distribution, including static and motion graphics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements<\/p>\n

  • 3+ years of agency and\/or start-up experience or the like<\/li>\n
  • Strong conceptual thinking<\/li>\n
  • Excellent typography and drawing skills and expertise using Adobe Creative Suite<\/li>\n
  • A strong eye for visual composition and layout<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms<\/li>\n
  • Great communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Takes criticism very, very well<\/li>\n
  • Ability to receive direction, comprehend feedback, and learn from teammates but also take the initiative and meet various design challenges<\/li>\n
  • Deep understanding of consumer-based technology products and experiences<\/li>\n
  • A team-based winning attitude<\/li>\n
  • Highly adaptable and versatile<\/li>\n

      Qualifications<\/p>\n

      • The applicant will be working towards a BA, BFA, or certificate from a Fine Arts program\/Visual Design school.<\/li>\n
      • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office<\/li>\n
      • A strong portfolio and an elevated sense of design?Brands and typography<\/li>\n
      • Comfortable in a participatory, team-based environment with the ability to thrive working on your own<\/li>\n
      • Experience in creating both low and high-resolution designs in all aspects of visual deliverables<\/li>\n
      • Be comfortable throughout all phases of a project, from translating verbal ideas into visual concepts through design development to creating production-ready artwork<\/li>\n
