The Retail Head will be responsible for the following:
Identify new store locations in UAERecruiting, training, supervising and appraising staffManaging budgetsMaintaining statistical and financial recordsPricingEnsuring compliance with local legislationsNegotiate and finalize the lease for these storesSetting up the store display and interior for all storesEnsuring that the service level and display of all stores is up to brand standardsCalculating sales forecasts and be responsible for stock managementBe responsible for marketing of upcoming launches and brand initiatives
