Under the direct supervision of the Regional Finance Manager, the primary responsibility of the Finance Officer is to Assis with t overall Regional financial related.<\/p>\n

Job Description:<\/p>\n

\n
1. To develop, enhance and automate key financial processes.<\/li>\n
2. To support enhancing internal control and security access to automated financial tools.<\/li>\n
3. Write, revise, and maintain software program documentation, operation documentation, and user guidance.<\/li>\n
4. Work with end users and internal staff for timely resolutions of application issues.<\/li>\n
5. provide support to the Regional Office on the improvement of the MB template to automate, maintain and develop the tool as per RFM instruction<\/li>\n
6. Create additional tools to facilitate the data input and to enhance the accuracy of the generated output reports as per RFM instruction, using smart-sheet and any other software identified by RFM.<\/li>\n
7. Preparing guidelines for all automated tools.<\/li>\n
8. Ensure proper Setup for access and backup for all tools.<\/li>\n
9. Create a dashboard for all tools in Power BI<\/li>\n
10. Continuously improve the tools by accommodating any feedback regularly. <\/li>\n
11. Conduct regular and weekly meetings with the RSO to adopt any feedback to be reflected on the developed tools.<\/li>\n
12. Make the developed system\/tools user-friendly.<\/li>\n
13. Support with other tools design requested by RFM.<\/li>\n
14. Fulfill gap in country offices\u2019 finance department.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    \n
    1. Performs any other tasks as requested by the RFM <\/em><\/li>\n
    2. As this is an Emergency Response program, at times, there will be the requirement to work additional hours and perform other tasks not detailed in this job description <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       Formal Education: <\/p>\n

       Educated to Bachelor\u2019s level in a related field such as software development\/engineering Finance, Business Administration, or other educational background combined with relevant professional experience. <\/p>\n

       Essential skills:<\/p>\n

       \n
       • Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English <\/li>\n
       • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Word, access and in Power BI & smart sheet<\/li>\n
       • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills<\/li>\n
       • 3-4 years\u2019 Experience in a same or related filed .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         Personal qualities:<\/p>\n

         • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and with limited supervision <\/li>\n
         • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to multi-task to meet deadlines<\/li>\n
