Our client is a 20 year-leading online wealth management organization with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for experienced Relationship Managers with background in banking, or Forex within the Fintech industry. Candidate must be fluent in Russian to be selected for this role.<\/p>\n

• Maintain and develop the client portfolio by giving tailored support and access to data required by customers.<\/li>\n
• Offer excellent client experience and act as POC to our HNWI solving any kind of disputes and proposing support across their transaction with us.<\/li>\n
• Guarantee to reach KPIs (net deposits\/ active traded clients\/ call time, etc.);<\/li>\n
• Improving customer service quality\/experience, efficiency and lucrativeness;<\/li>\n
• Answering e-mails, assisting with client deposits, trading, withdrawals, client training;<\/li>\n
• Collaboration with related divisions to resolve client\u2019s concerns and grievances in a sensible manner;<\/li>\n
• Providing precise data to clienteles concerning business\u2019s products and services;<\/li>\n
• Arranging and giving financial market apprise on regular basis;<\/li>\n
• Updating reports in a daily, weekly, and monthly manner in relation to customer portfolio;<\/li>\n
• Updating in-house systems with correct information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree (Business, Finance, Economics or relevant field)<\/li>\n
  • 1 \u2013 2 years\u2019 relevant experience in Trading and Sales industry.<\/li>\n
  • MUST be a native Russian speaker in communication and writing skills.<\/li>\n
  • Passion about financial market and trend.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to provide Expert Services.<\/li>\n
  • Flexible in work rotation.<\/li>\n
  • Significant trading experience would be an advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Global Equity trading experience will be an advantage.<\/li>\n
  • Computer literate.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent numerical\/mathematical abilities.<\/li>\n
