We are looking for a Tender Specialist will report to the Tender & Pricing Coordinator.<\/p>\n

Main responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Evaluate tender documents daily in order to select tenders to be sent to sales force.<\/p>\n

Lead the kick off meeting with Sales and marketing to define deadlines and specific requirements of the tender.<\/p>\n

Coordinate acquiring the required economical approvals and technical documentation<\/p>\n

Monitor tender progression and deadlines<\/p>\n

Perform the final checks to ensure the 100% quality of the documentations submitted to the customer.<\/p>\n

Manage post award processes respecting timeline<\/p>\n

Respect procedures related to tender and post award processes<\/p>\n

Update and manage provider register on line<\/p>\n

Be reference point for any requests coming from sales relating to tender preparation<\/p>\n

Develop team skills, promote team working and diversity<\/p>\n

About you<\/p>\n

Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• bachelor of computer science equivalent work experience<\/li>\n
• Minimum 3 years of procurement.<\/li>\n
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic<\/li>\n
• With an experience in public tendering's business, commercial offices, in multinationals in the pharmaceutical or biomedical sector.<\/li>\n
• Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and to work under pressure (Multitasking).<\/li>\n
• Accuracy.<\/li>\n
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, flexible attitude.<\/li>\n
• Teammate with strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
