Description of Task for Enumerators<\/strong><\/p>\n

The enumerators will work under the direct supervision of the M&E team. M&E Team will be responsible to monitor the survey work in the field. The task of enumerators will be to:<\/p>\n

\n
1. Arrive at Blumont every morning at 8:30 for the duration of the work as per the contract.<\/li>\n
2. Visit the farms in which the workers are located to conduct one-on-ones with each worker, under the coordination of the project senior coordinator, and through Blumont transportation.<\/li>\n
3. Participate in the data collection and data quality orientation conducted by the M&E Team.<\/li>\n
4. Participate in pre-testing of survey together with M&E Team.<\/li>\n
5. Provide feedback in revising the survey following the pre-testing results.<\/li>\n
6. Conduct the field survey under the supervision of the M&E Team.<\/li>\n
7. Participate in daily debriefing sessions with the M&E team to update survey participants\u2019 database and share challenges and recommendations.<\/li>\n
8. Inform the MEL team about challenges as they arise through a WhatsApp group.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n

   The data of the beneficiaries assigned to each enumerator collected using KOBO ToolBox through one-on-one interviews.<\/p>\n

   Time Frame<\/strong><\/p>\n

   The enumerators will be hired for a period between 5-15 days. The enumerators\u2019 training will be organized in depending on the recruitment process.<\/p>\n

   Education and qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

   \n Education<\/p>\n<\/td>\n	\n \n Bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
   \n Experience<\/p>\n<\/td>\n	\n \n Relevant experience in a minimum of 2 surveys, preferably community-related surveys;<\/li>\n Collecting data using KOBO ToolBox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n Relevant experience in conducting one-on-one interviews.<\/li>\n Relevant experience in proper data entry.<\/li>\n Relevent experience in general data processing and data cleaning is preferable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
