• Create and prepare desserts, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.<\/li>\n
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and stored, and that waste is minimized<\/li>\n
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques and incorporate them into their work as appropriate<\/li>\n
• Train pastry kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that all team members are working effectively<\/li>\n
