Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Manage test planning related activities<\/li>\n
• Manage test team daily activities, assign tasks and monitor their performance in-line with the priorities<\/li>\n
• Re-planning in alignment with the changing priorities provided by the company, and its impact on bandwidth and timelines to other deliveries.<\/li>\n
• Attending company's test stand up, and test planning discussions.<\/li>\n
• Communicating any obstacles to complete testing and aligning with needed stakeholders to ensure timely delivery<\/li>\n
• Effectively retain Intellectual property related to Testing<\/li>\n
• Planning BRD reviews, test case preparation and review activities in-line with company priorities.<\/li>\n
• Provide test estimates for each required testing artifacts and estimated end dates<\/li>\n
• Estimate efforts required to execute testing activities per BRD<\/li>\n
• Follow up on progress across all testing, escalate defects to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolutions<\/li>\n
• Monitor team performance and provide weekly report on velocity of each tester.<\/li>\n
• Share daily status summary of all activities and performance of each test job and summary of performance for the day (wrap up report).<\/li>\n
• Responding immediately to ad-hoc and priority testing requests Requirements<\/li>\n
• An IT or related qualification with considerable Test Management or Test Team Leading experience.<\/li>\n
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Testing<\/li>\n
• Familiar with agile & waterfall development and testing techniques<\/li>\n
• Experienced in developing Test plans and test strategy<\/li>\n
• Preferably certified ISTQB<\/li>\n
• Familiar with automation tools and techniques and able to identify areas of potential automation as part of continuous improvement<\/li>\n
• Good knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases<\/li>\n
• Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal communications with the ability to influence others at all levels (client facing, commercially aware, assertiveness, consensus building, and negotiation).<\/li>\n
• Test analysis skills and techniques (e.g. workshop facilitation, interviewing, problems \/ requirements definition)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
