Review work done, quality, and ensure the project stays within assigned schedule and cost targets.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with skilled workers &amp; small enterprises and their selected suppliers, ensuring all items are designed, manufactured, assembled and commissioned in line with agreed project specifications and fit for purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly technical reviews of damages, losses and repairs report.<\/li>\n<li>Create and constantly review work plans and progress against targets, estimating works completion dates and identifying project critical pathways.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for keeping a log of all &#039;lessons learnt&quot; during the project<\/li>\n<li>Budget responsibility when required.<\/li>\n<li>Any other task given to the staff by manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The work will include management and administrative duties and co-ordination with other members of the project and with staff of other organisations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all programmes take gender issues fully into account.
