The International Community School (ICS), one of the longest established and most successful international non proprietary schools in the Middle East, is seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative EAL Teacher to join the school in August 2023.<\/p>\n

Interested candidates should:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Be at\/aiming towards UK qualified status or equivalent;<\/p>\n

\u25cf Be fluent in all aspects of English, acting as a role model for adults and children;<\/p>\n

\u25cf Be at\/aiming towards either: CELTA; TESOL; or an equivalent qualification for teaching English as an additional language;<\/p>\n

\u25cf Have significant experience of teaching English, preferably as an additional language, to the 3-14 (Primary and Lower Secondary) age range via a range of methods;<\/p>\n

\u25cf Have experience of assessing EAL learners;<\/p>\n

\u25cf Be committed and hardworking, with high expectations of themselves and the children in their care;<\/p>\n

\u25cf Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of colleagues and children;<\/p>\n
