Overview of the role:<\/p>\n

• The primary focus of the role is to act as the link between the various roles in the branch and the external service providers such as workshop, drivers, external regulatory agencies etc to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery to the customer each time, while maintaining error free transaction records of purchases and invoicing done at the branch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What you will do: <\/p>\n

  \n
  • Coordinate all vehicle deliveries for each day.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that vehicles are sent to the workshop for cleaning and servicing; ensure accessories are fitted as per specifications from the customers and that the vehicle is prepared for delivery with zero errors and omissions.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure timely and complete documentation pertaining to the registration of vehicles which include insurance, number plates.<\/li>\n
  • Invoicing, Sales Letters and Gate Passes, etc., to ensure a smooth sales process.<\/li>\n
  • Track of re- invoice from SAP.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with Drivers to ensure that all Demo cars are cleaned, fuelled, and thoroughly checked and kept ready for test drives for the day. <\/li>\n
  • Conduct physical and System Inventory Checks on a daily basis to inform Branch Sales Managers and Sales Executives of available stocks.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee display of Vehicles in the location to ensure these are displayed as per required standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • The role acts as link between the retail showroom requirements and the Workshop deliverables. It is a central coordinating function and has to compile and capture in SAP all transactions pertaining to the control of documents required by the business. Requires a good understanding of the sales process and external regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What equips you for the role:<\/p>\n

      • High School Diploma<\/li>\n
      • 1 years\u2019 experience as Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator <\/li>\n
      • Basic knowledge of SAP and invoicing<\/li>\n
      • Proficient in English and communications skills, Arabic speaker an added advantage<\/li>\n
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
