    \u2013 Applies follow-up with employees to ensure efficacy of interventions and directives<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Implements health promotion initiatives including health screenings, health assessments and health[1]related counselling\/education to ensure they are carried out efficiently.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Develops long term relationships with employees to create confidence and trust in the care and\/or advice provided.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Ensures the integrity and confidentiality of all health information to protect patient information.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Coordinates testing including as necessary pulmonary function testing, audiometric testing, vision screening to ensure that accurate and efficient health screening tests are provided.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Works collaboratively with other health care providers and community agencies to ensure access and continuity of care for employees.<\/p>\n
