Tribute Tax Advisory is a full services accounting, bookkeeping, tax compliance and tax consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. We are hiring a mid-level experienced accountant, based in Amman, Jordan, who will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n

• Document financial transactions by entering account information<\/li>\n
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports<\/li>\n
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents<\/li>\n
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures<\/li>\n
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results<\/li>\n
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status<\/li>\n
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule<\/li>\n
  • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance<\/li>\n
  • Support month-end and year-end close process<\/li>\n
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls<\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively with clients<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Candidates must have intermediate to advanced skills in Quickbooks Online and\/or Quickbooks Desktop platforms. In addition, candidates must also be fluent in English and Arabic.<\/p>\n

    This is a remote position. Candidates must have access to a secure and reliable internet connection and must be available for full time employment. Candidates must be driven and must be self-starters.<\/p>\n
