Job Description: <\/p>\n

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining financial profitability.<\/li>\n
• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.<\/li>\n
• Perform duties as assigned by senior management.<\/li>\n
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including managing inventory and supplies, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with the kitchen team.<\/li>\n
• Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve cafe operations and profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
