Accountability Area :<\/p>\n

\n
• Responsible for effective delivery of soft services comprising of Catering, waste management, Cleaning & pest control.<\/li>\n
• Accountable for standardization of the quality of facilities services provided to company's head office<\/li>\n
• Oversee performance of assigned contractors to ensure scheduled services and reactive services are completed in line with the scope\/SLA stipulated in the respective contracts.<\/li>\n
• Oversee the monthly performance evaluations in line with contractual SLA\/KPIs.<\/li>\n
• Responsible to ensure facilities services are provided in compliance with relevant regulatory and the Holding HSE requirements which may change from time to time. <\/li>\n
• Oversee the Complex Preventive and corrective maintenance on HO for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping and Mechanical <\/li>\n
• Understand the maintenance schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information about the process of the facilities assigned. <\/li>\n
• Use this knowledge of the methods and activities to determine ways that processes can be refined to make the delivery of services more efficient.<\/li>\n
• Determine what particular needs the project has and develop management controls systems that will reduce costs<\/li>\n
• Design facility-specific control systems that coordinate activities to ensure that all products meet set quality standards.<\/li>\n
• Evaluate and report the performance and development of the contractors\/suppliers to improve the level of service and highlight areas of improvements. Draft an improvement plan and follow up on steps taken by them.<\/li>\n
• Respond appropriately to any emergencies or request raised by Clients and present a roll out to the Facilities Manager. <\/li>\n
• Manage all the in house office administration teams, provide them with guidance , corrections when needed and evaluate their performance by the end of each year <\/li>\n
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      A Graduate (preferably engineering or related degree) with at least 5 years of experience working on a management\/supervisory position handling soft services in Corporate Office environments where client management was a key aspect of the job, and exposure to budgetary and service delivery\u2019s full requirement. <\/p>\n
