A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you\u2019ll mostly be:<\/p>\n

• Directing daily engineering needs to ensure the right team is always on the right task<\/li>\n
• Creating a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy<\/li>\n
• Maintaining and ordering parts and supplies whilst minimising waste and meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  our green initiatives<\/p>\n

  • Being flexible to react to ad-hoc duties where we have to unexpectedly pull together to get a task completed<\/li>\n
  • Building strong relationships with outside contacts including guests, regulatory agencies, others as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We need from you:<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Some college or advanced vocational training<\/li>\n
    • Four years\u2019 experience in general building maintenance and\/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n
    • Specialised expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields<\/li>\n
    • Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificate, licensed plumber and\/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter may be required<\/li>\n
    • Hotel experience preferred<\/li>\n
    • Professional certification and licence if required by law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
