    Briefly, we need an experienced UAE civil project engineer who worked in a building contracting company and familiar with the projects operation phases (specially in a contracting company) in all procedures at the construction site, requirements and resources required in executing and handling of a construction project from A to Z on time and within budget (from preparation to turnkey):<\/p>\n

    • Must have experience in dealing with multiple clients, developing relationships and leading projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n
    • Manage projects within specified scope, schedule and budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards.<\/li>\n
    • They have strong technical skills and can review drawings, administrative skills including budgeting, writing scope writing proposals, writing addition services that handle scheduling and handling invoices.<\/li>\n
    • Preparing and submitting the estimated budget for the construction project.<\/li>\n
    • Responsible for the whole project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project HR, closing, etc.<\/li>\n
    • Coordination between client, site, subcontractors and suppliers. Negotiating prices with sub-suppliers and various project stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience managing subcontractors including scope negotiation.<\/li>\n
    • To have previous experience in dealing with subcontractor agreements.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor and evaluate the skills, attitudes, attendance, etc. of the workforce monthly to improve their performance on site.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure health and safety procedures are strictly followed on site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Negotiating and managing draft construction contracts and bids on projects, obtaining permits for analysis and mitigation risks.<\/li>\n
      • Communicate with the responsible authorities to ensure quality construction exceeds company and proper standards industry technologies and processes are used, while ensuring that the client's needs and wants are met efficiently he met.<\/li>\n
      • Review projects daily to ensure construction quality standards are in place and estimates remain within the budget.<\/li>\n
