The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.<\/p>\n

1. Tender Purpose: <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   The main purpose of this evaluation is to support learning and provide guidance for future program direction: whether and how NRC\u2019s youth programming can be scaled up, improved, and implemented further. In addition, the evaluation should be an opportunity for NRC to be accountable to beneficiaries, partners, and donors. The evaluation will situate NRC\u2019s project within the wider body of youth programming in the North East and the Northwest of Syria.<\/p>\n

   . Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs \u2018\u2019Annex 1 TOR\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
