Menaitech and ERP experience required.<\/li>\n
Must be well-versed in each of the human resources disciplines \u2013 compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, Performance evaluation, KPIs and contracts management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u00b7 The ability to follow up the health insurance employee file and get the best offers from insurance companies.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of\u202fJordan's\u202foperating environment, especially labor law & social security, Income tax ability to interpret local labor laws, and previous experience interacting with labor counsel preferred.<\/li>\n
The ability to follow up all the contracts and agreements, on matters such as employee transportation, warehouse security, hygiene, secret detector, and any other related contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u00b7 Corporate with other departments to ensure that the company\u2019s policies, procedures, and instructions are understood and applied & Prepare the required reports for the department.<\/p>\n

Detail-oriented, proven organizational and coordination skills, Demonstrated application of problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
Fluent Arabic and English required\u202f(strong oral and written communication skills) Good knowledge of Human Resource management concepts, best practices, theories.<\/li>\n
