Job Role:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop networks and cooperate with other real estate agencies;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Present our exclusive projects to large groups of stakeholders;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prospect and meet clients outside the sales office;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Execute your strategy to ensure lead conversion;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Determine clients\u2019 needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Mediate negotiation processes;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Accompanying team members outside of office where necessary;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Increase client base & build long-term relationships with new clients;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all documents in self-custody are properly documented and tracked;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Attend networking events to seek new business opportunities;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Remain knowledgable about real estate markets and best practises;<\/p>\n

\u2022 Perform comparative market analysis to reassure clients;<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Native Russian speaking<\/p>\n

\u2022 Fluent English<\/p>\n

\u2022 Full driving license is mandatory<\/p>\n
