Logistics Associate <\/p>\n

We are looking for a Logistics associate who can coordinate the shipment and distribution of goods, inspect goods and materials, track shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with customers and third-party services .<\/p>\n

  Logistics Associate Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  • Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying rates.<\/li>\n
  • Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels.<\/li>\n
  • Developing and communicating shipment schedules.<\/li>\n
  • Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines.<\/li>\n
  • Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints.<\/li>\n
  • Preparing and maintaining shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases.<\/li>\n
  • Performing additional duties as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Logistics Associate Requirements:<\/p>\n

    • High school diploma or GED with at least three years of experience in logistics management or a related role.<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics elements.<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n
    • Customer service skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n
