The ideal candidate will be an Implementation Consultant with minimum 2 years of experience in software support, maintenance, integration and customization. Responsibilities include installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, problem resolution, customization, bug fixing and end user support in SaaS\/On-Prem environment. Clear and effective communication, presentation and relationship skills are essential.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
o Implement and install solutions on the customer's test and production environments.<\/p>\n
o Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer reported issues <\/p>\n
o Act positively and respond promptly to the customer\u2019s requests\/tickets.<\/p>\n
o Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.<\/p>\n
o Conduct Preventive \/ Corrective Maintenance visits to customer sites physically or remotely.<\/p>\n
o Document customer problems and resolutions<\/p>\n
o Perform any other job-related duties incidental to the work.<\/p>\n
o Conduct Product Training onsite and remotely.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n
o Bachelor\u2019s Degree in computer science \/Comp. Engineering\/Information Systems or otherwise have a proven experience in the support and implementation domain.<\/p>\n
o Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
o Must be able to work independently under pressure in customer environment.<\/p>\n
o Must be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.<\/p>\n
o Must be presentable and self-confident.<\/p>\n
o Excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n
o Excellent troubleshooting\/debugging skills<\/p>\n
o Must have previous experience in similar capacity while working at customer site.<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
Ideal candidate shall possess strong technical skills and experience in at least four of the following items in the last 2 years:<\/p>\n
o Microsoft Windows Servers and Microsoft SQL Server installation\/configuration\/troubleshooting<\/p>\n
o Application\/container deployment in Linux environment.<\/p>\n
o Application deployment in AWS, AZURE cloud environments<\/p>\n
o IIS and Web applications configuration\/troubleshooting<\/p>\n
o Experience in developing test scripts, tools.<\/p>\n
o Troubleshooting and simulating Restful and SOAP web services<\/p>\n
o Experience in gathering requirements and conducting end user acceptance testing.<\/p>\n
o Knowledge \/ hands on experience in coding (C#, C++, .NET, JavaScript,..).<\/p>\n
Experience in one or more of below is a plus<\/p>\n
o Certification in AWS\/Azure\/Docker\/Kubernetes<\/p>\n
o SQL scripting especially T-SQL and PL\/SQL.<\/p>\n
o Working knowledge of Oracle, DB2 DBMS<\/p>\n
o Database tuning and optimization<\/p>\n
o PowerShell scripting<\/p>\n
o Experience in Financial industry (banking)<\/p>\n
