• Publish high-quality listings on CRM and online portals.<\/li>\n
• Ensure all listings are verified and supported by documentation.<\/li>\n
• Publish all documents on Trakheesi System and get Trakheesi permits.<\/li>\n
• Prepare Ejari \/ Tenancy Contracts, Sale Agreements, and other documentation as required<\/li>\n
• Must have Real Estate Property Listing Experience in Dubai<\/li>\n
• Review listing forms of agents and publish agent properties.<\/li>\n
• Follow up with agents and clients on property viewings and update in the system.<\/li>\n
• Weekly update with property owners and clients for the update.<\/li>\n
• Active follow-up with developers and secure new listings for the firm<\/li>\n
• Property Presentation\/listing\/Inventory controls etc<\/li>\n
• check as per each portal's guidelines<\/li>\n
• Quality optimize optimizing credits on each listing Portal<\/li>\n
• Preparing Listing Reports<\/li>\n
• Understand client requirements, and present several options to buyers\/tenants for their property search to short-list properties and finalize the deal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
