Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Under general supervision, perform mechanical assembly of moderate complexity in accordance with established procedures.<\/p>\n

• Know and understand Weatherford's Enterprise Excellence Process and the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. <\/li>\n
• Assemble and test completions equipment per engineered drawings or as instructed by others. <\/li>\n
• Uses hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tapes, gauges, calipers, micrometer <\/li>\n
• Inspect completed components for accuracy and functionality. <\/li>\n
• Perform hydrostatic test on components as necessary.<\/li>\n
• Material handling <\/li>\n
• Properly maintain company supplied tooling and maintain an orderly work area <\/li>\n
• Aid in developing of new procedures and improving existing procedures. <\/li>\n
• Use the PIRF System. <\/li>\n
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. <\/li>\n
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. <\/li>\n
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/p>\n

  • 2-3 year's experience <\/li>\n
  • Good verbal communication skills. <\/li>\n
  • Basic computer skills <\/li>\n
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. <\/li>\n
  • Ability to read assembly layouts and manufacturing prints. <\/li>\n
  • Ability to read a measuring tape, micrometer and calipers. <\/li>\n
  • Ability to safely operate material handling devices (overhead cranes, forklifts). <\/li>\n
  • Ability to perform all duties of Assembler Cs. <\/li>\n
  • General knowledge of assembly procedures. <\/li>\n
