Reporting to Procurement Manager in order to deliver business objectives and targets to optimize company resources, within own area of responsibility.<\/p>\n

Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Responsible for the sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of goods, and services to meet the company\u2019s operational requirements. <\/li>\n
• Run tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations.<\/li>\n
• Managing supplier relations and maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation and continually improve purchasing strategies<\/li>\n
• Ensures completion of tasks in an effective and efficient way according to agreed objectives, budget, procedures, and specification; provides reporting as required.<\/li>\n
• Resolves or\/and escalates conflict and provides solutions and executes corrective actions.
  Contributes and manages within defined information systems and working procedures to ensure quality of product and service to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Degree educated and 3-5 years\u2019 relevant work experience in a similar role in food and beverage industry<\/li>\n
  • Professional qualification in SCM\/logistics preferred<\/li>\n
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.<\/li>\n
  • Food hygiene and H&S related work experience preferred
    Demonstrable experience of taking accountability, positive attitude to work and able to work to tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
