Skills and Qualifications<\/p>\n

• Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, human resources or related field.<\/li>\n
• Three or more years of experience as Human Resources Manager.<\/li>\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.<\/li>\n
• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n
• Strong understanding of national laws related to HR.<\/li>\n
• Excellent computer skills.<\/li>\n
• Excellent command in Arabic and English languages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Main Responsibilities\u2019:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.<\/li>\n
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.<\/li>\n
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.<\/li>\n
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.<\/li>\n
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource according to labor local law requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.<\/li>\n
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures, build the organization structure and create job description.<\/li>\n
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.<\/li>\n
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.<\/li>\n
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n
  • Strong expertise in creating, handling and consolidating KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
