Carry out pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case evaluations.<\/li>\n
Outline motions, pleadings, and appellate documents and provide them to the court.<\/li>\n
Fulfills administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc).<\/li>\n
Coordinate documents, evidence, exhibits, briefs, and appendices.<\/li>\n
Assist attorneys with interrogatories, among other discovery requests and case settlements.<\/li>\n
Collect relevant data and information from various sources.<\/li>\n
Collaborate with trial teams as well as internal and external third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n

Previous work experience as a Litigation Paralegal or a similar role.<\/li>\n
Working knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, procedures, practices, etc.<\/li>\n

Excellent writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.<\/li>\n
