We are on the lookout for an experienced Garment Product Manager \/ Supervisor to join our growing company at our new head office in Abu Dhabi UAE. The company Operates two factories in Riyadh, KSA and Sri Lanka in the production of School Uniforms. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

– Product Development: Managing the complete lifecycle of product from conception to finish product<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Conducting deep research on market \/ industry trends, buying patterns and forecast to develop product line for the season.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Introducing unique and innovative product designs<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Working on mood boards, colour palette, conceptualization and thematic designing in the formation of order collections.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Development of tech pack and pre-production samples<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Accessories and trims planning<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Factory co-ordination & Inspections<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensuring all the new developments of sampling can be translated into mass production and help resolve problems of any.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch of fabrics and garments and supply Chain Management<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Escalating the quality related issue if any to the vendor and ensuring it is getting resolved<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Vendor Selection, Management & Coordination<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Commercial Management towards the Product (Multiplier, Left Over and Product P&L)<\/p>\n

1. Diploma \/ BA in Fashion Designing\/Other Designing<\/li>\n
2. 8+ Years Experience as Product Manager in Mid to Large scale Garment production (500,000 units per year min)<\/li>\n
3. Fluent in spoken and written English a must<\/li>\n
4. Proficient in Microsoft and designing software.<\/li>\n
5. Frequent International Travel to suppliers and factory Production Inspection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
