Overview of the role<\/p>\n

As a Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store\u2019s budget and operations. And responsible of the Brand identity of your store.<\/p>\n

What you will do<\/p>\n

Team Management and Development<\/p>\n

• Develop the team to ensure they deliver the best service to every Client. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs to tailor individual action plans<\/li>\n
• Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans<\/li>\n
• Organize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility<\/li>\n
• Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved<\/li>\n
• Manage and motivate the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions<\/li>\n
• Lead by example on selling and act as a role model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Client and Business Development<\/p>\n

  • Lead and develop the business of the store, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it<\/li>\n
  • Maximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clientelling, events, country office team\u2026)<\/li>\n
  • Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clientelling tools<\/li>\n
  • Establish a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience<\/li>\n
  • Be the voice of the store in your country by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations<\/li>\n
  • Act as an ambassador in your local market, by proactively representing the Brand in relevant local activities (networking, PR)<\/li>\n
  • Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends<\/li>\n
  • Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clientelling, training and team animation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Selling and Floor Management<\/p>\n

    \n
    • Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, support them with their own sales, foster cross-selling<\/li>\n
    • Build and develop own Client portfolio<\/li>\n
    • Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support and ensuring the brand standards are achieved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Operation & Administration<\/p>\n

      \n
      • Ensure policies, brand standards, grooming guidelines and internal control procedures are communicated and implemented as per SOP<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and understanding of the system and reporting<\/li>\n
      • Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory management<\/li>\n
      • Liaising with mall management, store documentation as appropriate (daily reports, banking, refunds, exchanges, etc) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
