• Pharmacy Practice Residency program (PGY-l) certificate after bachelor degree, Master degree or Pharm.D programs.<\/li>\n
• Valid license from SCFHS with clinical pharmacy Category.<\/li>\n
• Preferred:<\/strong> Specialized Residency Program, Fellowship in specialized area of Clinical Pharmacy, and Board of Pharmacy Specialties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Professional Experience: <\/strong><\/p>\n

  \u2022 Minimum of one (1) year experience in direct patient care acquired through pharmacy practice residency program.<\/p>\n

  Preferred:<\/strong> Five (5) years' experience in the same field.<\/p>\n

  Specialized Knowledge & Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \u2022 Fluent in written and spoken English, fluency in Arabic would be of advantage.<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Good general health, able to work extended hours under stress, isolation and at high altitudes, Mobility, near visual acuity and no uncorrected audiological problems.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to obtain, organize, and interpret patient data.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to evaluate medications therapy.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to develop and implement pharmacotherapy plan.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to apply Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
