We are the world&#039;s largest network of free business mentoring. Entrepreneurs<br \/>matched with a mentor have shown significant results in terms of improved job creation, business<br \/>survival, and revenue growth. Since inception, our community has grown to more than 170,000<br \/>entrepreneurs and 50,000 mentors across 180 countries. Our team is diverse, driven, hardworking<br \/>and highly committed to the mission of helping small businesses thrive through mentoring.<br \/>MicroMentor was launched in the MENA region in 2020, with a localized Arabic platform, and a<br \/>strong team based in Jordan to manage the initiative. MicroMentor in MENA is funded by Google,<br \/>Mastercard, and the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as well as USAID<br \/>Iqlaa \u0639. Since inception, we have reached a community of more than 20,000 entrepreneurs, and<br \/>7,000 mentors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A key role in the program is a Mentoring Community Engagement Manager (Arabic and<br \/>English), who will drive a mentor&#039;s sense of community by creating and providing the right<br \/>tools, activities, and incentives to engage with MicroMentor. They also connect with<br \/>entrepreneurs and support them in finding the right mentor for their needs. We are looking for<br \/>a seasoned community engagement expert with strong entrepreneurial and mentorship<br \/>background, and a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mentor and Entrepreneur Community Engagement (English and Arabic Communities)<br \/>\u25cf Orchestrate, and implement mentor and entrepreneur engagement strategy to ensure a<br \/>valuable user experience at MicroMentor.<br \/>\u25cf Engage directly with entrepreneurs and mentors in the platform, and support users to<br \/>connect to the right mentor or entrepreneur for them.<br \/>\u25cf Design the Mentor and Entrepreneur training for the global community to prepare users to<br \/>have the most successful mentoring experience at MicroMentor.<br \/>\u25cf Conduct onboarding meetings and info-sessions with mentors and entrepreneurs to<br \/>provide a warm welcome and assess any concerns or questions.<br \/>\u25cf Drive specific Mentors\u2019 Task Forces integrated by engaged mentors willing to contribute to<br \/>improving MicroMentor, and ensure outcomes are achieved and mentors participating have<br \/>a meaningful experience.<br \/>\u25cf Coordinate with the Impact and Insights Team to ensure there is a continuous feedback<br \/>loop for findings and insights to drive adaptive management of the program and<br \/>technology, and so that users can feel the impact of their feedback.<br \/>\u25cf Gather lessons learned from their experience as mentor advisors and systemize these<br \/>learnings to share them with relevant stakeholders at the MicroMentor team.<br \/>\u25cf Build and leverage systems to intelligently understand and address users&#039;<br \/>behaviors.
