  Organizational Context: The incumbent will report to the Human Resources Officer based in Beirut Country Office <\/p>\n

  Job Purpose: To perform the needed day to day administrative human resources support.<\/p>\n

  Key Responsibilities (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):
  Within delegated authority and under the direct supervision of HR Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:<\/p>\n

  • Extract and compile HR data on staff recruitment and selection, contractual conditions, entitlements, performance, and training requirements, to support analysis and reporting needs<\/li>\n
  • Draft various HR documentation required for the specific area of work (e.g. employment contracts, transfer letters, training-related documents, etc.) ensuring accuracy and meeting established deadlines.<\/li>\n
  • Work with Human Resources Officer to maintain and update the HR Dashboard for WFP Lebanon<\/li>\n
  • Support in organizing and working with various units to ensure all administrative support required for implementation of Global Staff Survey (GSS 2021) Initiatives are completed timely and efficiently.<\/li>\n
  • Support in collecting information and coordinating HR Monthly Newsletter<\/li>\n
  • Support in proposing and following up on learning activities related to the annual learning plan<\/li>\n
  • Support in implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) system in Lebanon<\/li>\n
  • Maintain confidential personnel records, HR databases and archives, to ensure data and files are accurately stored and updated in compliance with the established standards<\/li>\n

    Standard Minimum Qualifications:
    Education: Completion of secondary school education. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Communication, or any related field is an added value.
    Experience: At least two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in business support, or human resources support. Previous experience working in the Humanitarian field, UN agency or other international development organization is an added value.
    Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in one of the UN languages ( Arabic or English). Fluency in French is an advantage.<\/p>\n
