Sales Assistant Job Summary<\/p>\n

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. The individual in this role would be responsible for following up with clients, handle current, recurring and future orders. We are seeking a candidate who<\/p>\n

is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Facilitate communication with current and prospective clients, and follow through on their orders.<\/li>\n
• Answer all customer questions accurately; prioritize and\/or escalate questions as needed.<\/li>\n
• Price and prepare offers as needed.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate with production team on current orders.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate with packaging and shipping on current orders.<\/li>\n
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.<\/li>\n
• Promote specific products as directed by upper management.<\/li>\n
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.<\/li>\n
• Develop strategies for more effective sales.<\/li>\n
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for management review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Impeccable customer service skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n
  • Result and target driven.<\/li>\n
  • Good organization skills.<\/li>\n
  • Good time management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Good work \/ team work ethic.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to meet and\/or exceed targets.<\/li>\n
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.<\/li>\n
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/p>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in sales and marketing or equivalent.<\/li>\n
    • Prior sales \/ marketing \/ PR experience.<\/li>\n
    • 3+ years of experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
