Construction and continual updating of a manpower chart for each division in the workshop.<\/li>\n
Liaison with the administration of workshop employees for their personal or work-related problems.<\/li>\n
Control all work entering the central workshop and to calculate and measure the size and extent of work entering the workshop.<\/li>\n
Selecting the correct machine\/equipment for the proper workflow<\/li>\n
Ordering of all materials and tools for the workshop.<\/li>\n
Keep daily contact with all divisions.<\/li>\n
Responsibility for all workshop equipment.<\/li>\n
Responsibility for ensuring that administration, communication-systems and procedures function correctly.<\/li>\n
Request and order materials for the workshop when necessary.<\/li>\n
Responsibility for the training of all employees in the workshop where required.<\/li>\n
Ensuring all Safety Regulations are observed at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
