\u25aa Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers, settings of printers, and such.
\u25aa Maintenance of certain network servers: file servers, VPN gateways, antiviruses, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, DNS or Domain Name System Servers, (Network Authentication, Network Shares, Network Resources, Email accounts, and all aspects of server software.

\u25aa Set up and configure computers for new users.
\u25aa Responsible for any physical work relating to the computers such as repairing software or hardware issues and moving workstations to another location.
\u25aa Receive and process all hardware, electrical and software maintenance requests and act upon them according to priority as agreed with the direct manager.
\u25aa Physically attend to all hardware and software maintenance requests and complaints in a timely manner
\u25aa Maintain a reasonable stock of all equipment and parts required for maintenance and addressing complaints.
\u25aa Coordinate with the department submitting maintenance requests or complaints to ensure organized and coordinated maintenance practice.
\u25aa Prepare a daily report pertaining to all complaints and presenting to direct management after addressing complaints.
\u25aa Perform all tasks and functions per company policies and standard operating procedures.
qualifications:
– University degree in IT or any related field.
– Very Good in English (Speaking & Writing).
– Excellent communication skills.
– Good experience in Microsoft dynamics business central
– Knowing how to use power Bi and Microsoft 365.
